How did a Finance professional become a coach?
Sometimes life takes you down unexpected paths. During a recent trip to Indonesia, I met a wonderful couple who introduced me to coaching. After spending more than a week hearing their stories and learning about their journey, I decided to explore adding coaching to my skill set. Coaching offers an excellent opportunity for leaders to grow and develop.
